WOW---the dude did an exceptional job. bravo!
It took about 3 1/2 hours. Gary (the tattooist) is awesome. Such a soft touch. Didnt really hurt at all compared to my others, which are horseshit in comparison. Never gonna get tattooed by anyone else ever again.
He's heading out to New Jersey for a convention soon, so any folks from there like what they see, can go along and get some world class inking too!

That looks excellent, the tattoo artist obviously knows his shit. I wouldn't have something that prominent personally, but it looks cool anyway.

Putting band tattoos on yourself is dumb IMO.
its pretty awesome, but i think that it would look much better if it didn't have so much black. but the guy did superb on everything else.
We discussed the blackness, and to be honest, it looks blacker than it actually is. We decided that complete black would be too much and the detail would loose definition over time if it was, so instead its just like, shaded. It could have been way darker, and now that its healing, its getting lighter.

Why pay £30'000 for a piece of random shit to hang on your wall, when you can have something that means something personally to you, only cost £120, that you can carry around with you for a life time?

Being a white guy I would probably have taken a screenshot of the image, inverted the colors so it was a photo negative (looks bad ass, try it). And I would have gotten that as a tattoo to avoid all of the black tinting. If I was to get that image as a tattoo. Personally I could see getting the chaos symbol with flames, like the dehuminizing dvd cover.

That is one amazing piece of art.I like it alot and seriously dude don't let the people who say you'll regret worrry you i encounter that statement all the time.
I got the Spider thats on the cover off Cold-Year of the spider with a spider web on my elbow and i'm not even a big fan of cold i just loved the Spider.I have a similar version of the godsmack sun but my own design of it on my other arm.
I'm getting the As I Lay Dying album Frail words collapse cover on my arm,I'm even getting the person on the Trivium-Asecdancy cover as well.
WHY??...Because these are some of the bands that i have listened to and that have influenced me to play my drums and inspired me to fullfill the dream of wanting to be a succsesful musician.
