I love the Feedbackish noise at the very beginning of cleansation. It's the beginning of a great album and I get chills because I know I'm in for greatness on my favorite cd. Cleansation was the first track they played at the last concert i went to and I got the same feeling x1,000,000

then afterwards we were backstage talking to him and he was trying to put the cap on his sharpie so he could sign my friends hat and he missed 4 times before he actually got it on

Agreed. The sad thing is, people always judge him as being a dick because he is rather quiet and you need to approach him, unless he knows you, but he's just a guy who likes to keep himself to himself.

As for the favourite electronic bit..I love the backing on Down again..but to be honest, he's one of my favourite members because you can listen to any Chimaira song 100's of times and then you'll listen to it one day and hear this new part and think, fuck, why didn't I hear that before?

oh, and to whoever mentioned the piano part, he didn't write that. the producer did from what i remember him telling me. not that it matters.

All of the electronic sounds on pass out of existence.
Since theres so-many ill say all of them. On
the impossibility of reason.

[1]Cleansation:
The keyboard feedback on the intro. Plus
the two scraping like sounds.

[2]The impossibility of reason:
The brief synth-line a little bit
into the sound. The siren like sounds.

[3]Pictures in the golden room:
The loud screetching sounds. Plus the
various somewhat hidden sounds behind the vocals
and guitars on one of the choruses.

[4]Power trip:
The angry military sample at the beginning
The distorted chainsaw-like electronic sounds.

[5] Down again:
The keyboard into-mid-outro. The mix of
synths with violins.

[6]Pure hatred:
The low distorted keyboard/synth sounds
at the beginning. The various faint atmospheric/Chamberish
keyboards. The echoing electronic percussion sounds in the interlude followed
by brief beeping sounds. The electronic-percussion sounds towards the
end of the song.

[7]The dehumanizing process:
More low-tonal keyboards at the beginning. The strange
staticy sounds on the verses. Mark hunters electronicly
broken-up vocals at the end of the song.

[8]Crawl:
The various faint synth lines buried far
in the background through-out the song.

[9]Stigmurder:
The strange/Atmospheric alien creature-like sound of
the song. The brief subtle moaning keyboard sounds that appear
through out the song.

[10]Eyes of a criminal:
The strange warping static like sound at the very beginning
of the song.

[11]Overlooked:
The low turbine like sounds. The atmospheric keyboard
parts in the middle of the song.

[12]Implements of destruction:
The epic synths mixed with the orchestra. The coolest
electronic sound is the long electronic outro to the song.

to fool the ears. Like the use of distorted keyboards
to get guitar-like-sounds. And when you listen

Severed live, is always amazing with the screeching and bassdrops! but the song TIOR is badass because it has the nice and sp00ky synth lines during the verses! and for some reason, i effing LOVE the new video of him tracking his keys on the old site! just those few seconds seem like it is going to be a kick ass song and record at that!
