I think it's a good site.
And at least he's promoting Chimaira!
i can't believe i forgot to put my two cents down on this show.
He Is Legand: Hopefully will soon be a myth, who signs this garbage.
Chimaira: Only band worth paying money for that night. The mix was a bit shaky in the beggining, but Chim has an excellent dude handling the mix on the soundboards. Band was seriously awesome, Mark and Chris were having an onstage sword fight during Dehumanizing. Also i think Mark's been watching a little too much van dam because he kept roundhousing the microphone stand. They played Empire, and it really made me appreciate the song like a hadn't before.
Dragonforce: They're a useless gimmick. Very entertaining though. But all the songs are in the same damn format.
Big Opening, Catchy Chorus, 3-4 minute guitar solos, Catchy Chorus, end with Big opening. Also insert cliche rock star poses and you pretty much have their live show in a nutshell.
KSE: Now to anyone who loves all their records, you probably would've enjoyed the show very much. If you're like me and thought the last two albums were lame, then you wouldn't really enjoy it as much. Great live band, just have to dig the material.
I really can't wait for Chim's headliner.
he is legend are fucking awesome on record. live they are rough, mostly due to the singer who really is all over the place, and really cant pull off their old material, hence why they play almost all new stuff now. and it doesnt help they are down a guitarist for the time being, and being the opening band they dont get soundchecks.
