on the april 1st show chimaira said they would be back in the area this summer... well the s.o.t.u. tour isnt coming through here (dammit).. what's up with this? i want to see a longer set!

Agreed. They came here in 2004 (which was ownage), they'll no doubt return in the near future. I just hope when they do return, it's a headlining tour. :6:

Yeah, but i woulda been 14 when they came here last time. Who the fuck would want a 14 year old who had only just gotten into metal at the time at a Chimaira concert? lol

It's called an Under 18's show. That description sums up about 90% of the folks who go to those shows. :D

haha, I was 17 at the time, so I went to the all ages show in Sydney. There were heaps of 12-14 year olds there, some even with their dads. Hell, even saw one dad waiting outside the venue in his car (just like Homer Simpson when Spinal Tap came to town) :D

Last time they came, they only did Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. Melbourne had an under 18 show and Sydney had an all ages. So I'm assuming it'll be a similar deal next time.
