Chimaira: Nu Metal?

I think Chimaira are more thrash metal than anything else.

Chimaira are not nu-metal. Even their POOE album that people dub as nu-metal, I can't see why...Nu-metal does not have awesome metal solos and awesome metal riffs. Nu-metal is for pussies, and Chimaira are not pussies.

Why does it annoy you on which genre people put them in?
Personally I would put them in nu metal but it dosent mean I'm comparing them korn lp etc etc. Yes there are a few overated mainstream bands in the nu metal genre but there is also a lot of decent ones if you havnt noticed.

The first album = Nu metal shit.
The 2nd : Yoou may call it NWOAM, i guesss they have they have taken the nu metal a bit further. They still have some stuff. But they have added solos and stuff. They are not trash or whatever in my opion
