not always. some bands put kick ass security around the recordings so they dont leak. so only certain people have access to them so if it does they can narrow it down and send the bastard to jail.

the only reason i will get the leaked album is so i know the songs when they play them live. I think it sorta sucks when bands tour before the album is released and play new stuff, cuz no one knows it. I am DEFINEATLEY buying the new cd, but August 2 is way too far away.
