I think personally, this should be a final indication to swap board servers that dont have constant worm attacks.

worm has hit a shitload of forums, most of them patched their boards to the new version so didnt get hit again

He got banned because he posted a cartoon of Dimebag getting shot, just hours after his death.

its a phpbb vulnerability, and a few worms came out exploiting the vulnerability. most boards updated to the new version of phpbb but chris wasnt going to bother until he starts a new one (i think)

The latest version of phpbb is 2.0.15, all boards should be upgraded to that.

I prefer phpbb to vbulletin, vbulletin has these little idiosyncrasies I don't like. Ie. 3 minutes after I've opened a forum, it says all topics are read and I can't remember which ones I've looked at and which ones I haven't. Plus phpbb is much easier to navigate. That's just my opinion.

PS: Proboard suck the ass.

PPS: I hope Chris fixes the official board, but it doesn't sound like he will yet.
